1993-2008 Ladies of Sonic v2by ~nattherat

_{So a week after I finished the first version of this (found here ), SEGA announced that Honey the Cat would be in the re-release of Sonic Championship, effectively making her canon after I had just made a fuss about how I wasn't going to draw her as she wasn't part of the official line-up! I also felt guilty that Vanilla wasn't here, because as an official game character, there's no reason why she shouldn't be in the line-up, so after the announcement I decided to revisit the piece and make some adjustments. Due to surprisingly popular suggestion I've added Tiara from the cancelled Sonic X-treme game, and I've also added NICOLE from the Archie/SatAM continuities (be it in her anthro form). I think since she's a vital member of the freedom fighters, it's safe to say she is actually a main character.

The previous version had each character in their appearance when they were first introduced (apart from Sally, as her original appearances were very muddled with printing and colouring errors, and Tekno, as I didn't want to put her in her prison outfit!), but this one is a bit different. I'll keep this version as the version that updates too, so if a new main character is added to the Sonic universe or characters are redesigned, I'll update the art accordingly when I have time.

Full list of changes:
-Sally and Bunnie have been redrawn into their current versions (I realise Sally's redesign may yet be different to this), though I didn't give Bunnie her hat. I like her without it.
-NICOLE has been added, though in her disguise appearance I think it is? It's my favourite outfit for her, she just looks so cute in it even if the dress is more iconic.
-Amy has been updated to her modern design.
-Tiara has been added, and I used a little artistic licence to translate her into the style SEGA use for their cat characters and gave her a little manx tail.
-Honey has been added. Again, I used a little artistic licence to translate her into the style SEGA use for their cat characters. Her and Tiara now share some of Blaze's traits.
-Vanilla has been added.

I'm only adding main characters. That means every lady from the games, and the main ladies from each spin-off thing. For SatAM/Archie, that means ONLY Knothole Freedom Fighters, for Fleetway that means ONLY Sonic's gang, etc etc. Please don't leave comments asking for secondary characters, because I won't be drawing them! If I do ever add secondary characters to this (like Queen Aleena for example), that's at my discretion.

Hahahahahahaha nope. Have you seen the sheer number of male characters in Sonic. Nope. I may someday do a version dedicated to scrapped/forgotten characters, but to be honest a lot of these characters are left-the-wayside characters anyway!
